Does Sorveo record my cameras 24/7?

No. Sorveo is not a continuous recorder or DVR. It keeps short event clips around each triggering detection, plus a snapshot on every recognition. Keep your existing NVR or VMS for continuous recording.

When are event clips available?

Event clips can be reviewed when the site's edge device is online. With cloud clip storage enabled, clips are stored and can be downloaded even when the edge device is not reachable.

Can I search CCTV by clothing?

Yes, with appearance search, where it is enabled for your deployment. It finds people across recorded event clips by visual attributes such as clothing. The imagery stays on the edge device; only the attributes leave the site.

What can I search in the recognition log?

Is this a full case-management system?
