Customer organisations control watchlist entries within their own environments and are responsible for ensuring lawful inclusion of individuals.
Sorveo also supports shared watchlists between participating organisations, enabling cooperating organisations within defined sectors or geographic regions to share relevant security intelligence where appropriate.
Shared watchlists operate under governance controls, approval workflows, auditing, and participation safeguards designed to prevent misuse. Participating organisations do not automatically see which organisation submitted an entry unless operationally required.
Shared watchlist entries are subject to periodic review and expiration controls to ensure continued relevance and proportionality.
